Got this idea after spotting Matt Winston (Daniels) on NCIS on Tuesday (Oct. 17). Who have you spotted in a guest shot or regular/semi regular appearance on other television programs? They can be old shows you happened to catch or new ones ... Of course we know about Connor (NCIS, Close to Home, Numb3rs, Stargate Atlantis) and Scott (The New Adventures of Old Christine). Here are some others: John Billingsley: The X-Files (guest) Tim Russ: NCIS (guest; same ep. as CT) Marina Sirtis: The Closer (guest) Ethan Phillips: Numb3rs (guest) Armin Shimmerman: Seinfeld (guest) Jeri Ryan: Shark (regular) The only rule here is that you have to have actually seen the person on the show (no IMDB or wiki searches ). So, who have you seen? |

I saw Linda Park and Anthony Montgomery in a couple of episodes on a high school show called Popular. And I've seen Dominic Keating playing a vampire on an episode of Buffy. Also on Buffy, Armin Shimerman (Quark) played principal Snyder of Sunnydale High and Harry Groener (minister Samuels(ENT) and Tam Elbrun (TNG)) played the evil Mayor. And I've seen Leonard Nimoy on the original Mission: Imposible. Robert Picardo (the EMH) has been on SG:A. |

Ever since Boston Legal started this year.... lots and lots.. small and large roles. There was a great scene between Armin (a judge implicated in murder) and Rene (one of the boston Legal lawyers) where Rene is accusing Armin on stuff anf it was a total flashback to Constable Odo and Quark in DS9!!!! I was laughing so hard! The producers of that show certainly know that trek fans watch it! Connor Trinneer is in the first NCIS repeat this year! Once AGAIN CBS is showing that episode!!! |

Oh, how could I forget Colm Meany? He was in Con Air and he's been on SGA. Alexander Siddig was in Syriana, of course. Nimoy also appeared on a couple of Colombo eps. Shatner was in one too. Oh, and I just remembered, I saw Nana Visitor in an episode of Matlock! I think she played a blonde. |

I haven't seen it. The idea here is to report sightings of Trek stars/guests. I busted out laughing when I saw Daniels on NCIS. He's got the same haircut! I always thought it was supposed to be some kind of 30th century thing. :app: :app: :app: :app: :app: :app: :app: SOOOOOOO happy to see CT back on prime time!!!! WooHoo!!! CBS must like him! His Close to Home and Numb3rs episodes also led off the summer repeat season (CtH ep was on one week and Numb3rs ep was on the following week. He didn't even know about. I told him at Shore Leave.) |

Matt Winston was also on John Doe. He played this FBI guy who pointed Doe to his Yoda. I remember seeing that episode recently on Sci Fi and thinking "Frak! That's Daniels!" And why doesn't my sighting of Siddig in KoH count? I'm about 95% sure it was him ... he was Saladin's right hand man, the dude that Balian (Orlando Bloom's character) spared after the duel at the oasis. Good movie, BTW. Not historically accurate, but still a pretty good movie. |

I just watched "The Island" tonight, with Ewan MacGregor and Scarlett Johansson. The beautiful woman who appears on the big screen in the Community to make announcements-- I thought she looked familiar. I looked closer. By God, it was Amanda Cole from Harbinger. Yep, I looked it up. Noa Tishby. Also, Ethan Phillips (one of the Ferengi in Acquisition, and Neelix on Voyager) was Lincoln's babbly co-worker. |

I saw John Fiedler (from the TOS episode Wolf in the Fold) in Twelve Angry Men (the black and white version of that movie), as well as numerous guest starring roles on various shows over the years, like on Bewitched. Also, how could we forget dear Brent Spiner as Bob Wheeler on Night Court? He was absolutely hilarious on that show in the 10 episodes or so that he did over several years' time. Wallace Shawn (Grand Nagus Zek on DS9) was, of course, in The Princess Bride, and I'm pretty sure I've seen him in some TV show too (other than DS9, that is), but I can't remember what it was. |

William Windom who played Commodore Decker also played the town Doctor in Murder she wrote all 10 seasons. About Brent Spiner he was really funny in that night Court episode. Also Siddig is going to be the villian in the new episodes of 24 I found that out reading an interview in the ds9 forum of trekbbs. |
