^ Well, at least it's work... and it (hopefully) will be better than Precious Cargo. It's hard to get much worse than that episode, at any rate... |

It's unfortunate that he seems to be typecast though. |

You're not missing much, tennisgirl, by not having the Sci Fi channel. Basically the resolution of about 95% of their "made for Sci Fi movies" is to use nukes to stop whatever the threat is. At least as far as I've observed... Or it involves a mutant bug or snake or something. Your typical 1950s B-movie crap, in other words. If MST3K was still airing, they'd be having a field day with most of Sci Fi's movies... they're that bad. Though, I will say that their movies do tend to be better than Manos: The Hands of Fate, which the guys skewered in episode 4.24 of MST... *shudder* (Believe me, you do not want to watch that movie. Read some of its reviews at imdb if you don't believe me about how horribly bad that movie is)... At least Connor will never star in anything quite that horrible that watching yourself having open-heart surgery without anesthetic would be preferable... |

^True, I might not be missing much... I did like watching The Twilight Zone in the wee hours of the morning. They also tend to retransmit certain other shows that I like, such as Chuck. I'd mention Enterprise, but since I rebought the DVDs watching ENT is no longer an issue. But I never got to watch BSG... And if I'm not mistaken, they did show B5 for a while. I'd take the good and the bad. Most cable channels are like that anyway: 80% bad stuff, 15% mildly watchable, 5% good shows. |

I'm glad Connor is getting filmwork I just hope it's better than Precious Cargo. When it came to Sci-fi airing BattleStar Galactica and Babylon 5 and Stargate marathons, I was finally able to catch up and see the shows that I missed. When it comes to most of their movies they really are lousy movies Rock Monster and Ogre ick. |

Yeah their movies have gotten bad even for B movies. But I'm glad CT is getting more work. I'm sure he'll make it watchable. |

Giulene, Patrick Stewart did Shakespear before he became Picard on TNG for several years. Fact is he still does Shakespear on Stage these days. Not all that unusual as the pay is better in a series than doing Shakespear on Stage. |

well, but a shakespeare actor is very talented actor (or I think so) that means role A in A movie as Jolene , she played ENT cause she didn't get job even if all auditions before were very good. Now this kind of actors/actresses should get, in comparison with others, better roles in better movies... or not? |

Giulene, Patrick Stewart did many roles before TNG but he got a lot of exposure from TNG. He appeared in a number of films after TNG He was in a remake of "The Lion in Winter" with glenn close. He played the Peter O'toole part of Henry II and Close the Katherine Hepburn role of Elenonor. The did well but didn't match O'Toole or Hepburn. Conner got exposur from Ent and I hope it does him a lot of good. However, Shakespear credintials doesn't cut much Ice with HOllywood suits. |

:vulcan: Sounds like a Terminal Shock is going to have Starship troopers type bugs in the movie. i'm glad Connor will be in Criminal minds and 24 with a change to have recurring status in sevearl shows.

Someoene over HOT mentioned Connor's movie Terminal Shock wasn't listed to be shown for December on the Sci-fi Channel. I wonder because sc-fi channel shows so many Miniseries repeatedly in December if they decided not to show it next month. :rolleyesrequest:
